Columbia City WiFi

After an embarrassing two-month outage, the City of Seattle seems to have restored WiFi service in Columbia City. I am currently using this service to post this note.

(Why "embarrassing"? Consider that the Department of Emergency Services of Morrow County, Oregon, maintains a publicly-accessible WiFi hotspot that encompasses ... 600 square miles. Inability to cover a quarter-mile strip of Rainier Avenue would be "embarrassing" at minimum. Especially as the city kept advertising the service...)
